This document establishes the general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the ‘General Conditions’) that regulate the access and use of the website www.angs.aero (hereinafter, the ‘Website’).

The purpose of this website is to provide the general public with information on ANGS products and services, and we therefore recommend that you read the following information carefully before using the website. The contracting of said products and services shall be regulated in accordance with the specific terms of the same.

Mere access to this Web does not imply the existence of any type of commercial relationship between ANGS and the User.

The present General Conditions do not exclude in any case and for any reason that certain services offered and provided through the Web are subject to other terms and conditions.

3. Uses not permitted

As a User of the Website, we inform you that it is forbidden to access or use the Website for illegal or unauthorised purposes, with or without economic purpose, and, specifically, and without the following list being absolute, it is forbidden:

ANGS provides its services and contents continuously using all the technical means at its disposal to provide them satisfactorily.

ANGS is not responsible for damages of any nature that may derive from the availability and technical continuity of the operation of the Web or the existence of unintentional errors. In any case, ANGS will carry out all the necessary actions to re-establish its services in the event of technical failure.

ANGS owns all rights to the software of the Website. ANGS does not transfer at any time the ownership of its software nor does it grant any licence or authorisation of use of any kind on its industrial and intellectual property rights, business secrets or on any other property or right related to the Web and its contents.

In general, any form of reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation and, in general, any act of exploitation of all or part of the contents (images, texts, designs, indexes, forms, etc.) that make up the Web, as well as the databases (sui generis right) and the software necessary for the visualisation or operation of the same (including source codes), that does not have the express and prior written authorisation of ANGS, is forbidden.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The regulations in force will determine the laws that must govern and the jurisdiction that must know the relations between ANGS and the User and the Web Page. This notwithstanding, in those cases in which the regulations in force foresee the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, ANGS and the User submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia.
